Cold Lake, AB — The Cold Lake Women of Influence Committee is proud to announce the recipients of the 2026 Women of Influence Awards, celebrating outstanding women whose leadership, innovation, and dedication continue to shape and strengthen our community.

This year’s recipients reflect the very best of Cold Lake and the Lakeland region — women who are leading in business, advancing healthcare, championing the arts, driving innovation, and giving back in meaningful ways.

Keynote Speaker Delivers Message of Leadership and Impact

The evening featured keynote speaker Nichole Neubauer, an award-winning agricultural educator, advocate, and co-owner of Neubauer Farms.

Neubauer has welcomed more than 23,000 students to experience agriculture firsthand and is the co-founder of the Irvine Agricultural Discovery Centre, helping bridge the gap between rural life and the next generation. Her work has earned her the Alberta Order of Excellence, the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal, and an honorary degree from Medicine Hat College.

Her message focused on leadership, stewardship, and the power of one person to create lasting change — a theme reflected throughout the evening.
